• Screening and resume preparation in pulp & paper, specialty chemical, water treatment, and equipment sales & service

• Office management duties include: resume review, website management, office and financial reporting and accounting duties

• Resume database management of over 21,000 candidates.

Leisa also has 20 years of experience in banking and financial services:

• 6 years as a customer service representative in the banking industry

• 14 years in sales and marketing of financial services

In addition, she has over 25 years working part-time as a gymnastics instructor/coach participating in turning out consecutive state and regional championship winners.
