Coordinates the mill reliability maintenance business strategy and plan. Manages variances to the budget, assists with capital and maintenance projects, preventive maintenance and planned maintenance completion. Supervises Reliability Engineers, Project Engineer/PPM Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinators and Maintenance Supervisors. Manages operations of mill steam and electrical generating systems and power distribution systems.

Qualifications:

· BS Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Pulp/Paper
· 5 years experience in maintenance and/or utilities management, or demonstrated skill and experience supervising and directing reliability and maintenance professionals, as well as general mechanics.
· Pulp/paper industry experience preferred.
· Must demonstrate knowledge, skill, leadership, and successful application of preventative and predictive maintenance, RCFA, CMMS, vibration and oil analysis, infrared technology, thermography, long-range maintenance planning and budgeting.

Currently seeking a project level environmental scientist or engineer who can support and lead investigation and remediation programs associated with property transfer, brownfields redevelopment, and other real estate-related projects.
