Real Estate Asset Manager / Affordable Housing Manager: This client of FPC Bangor is a well-known tax credit investor/syndicator on the West Coast. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. Responsibility for this portfolio will begin at Construction and continue through Operational Stabilization. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Process requests for release of equity, including disbursements funded through Construction Loan Draws · Review Tenant Files for Section 42 compliance · Conduct property inspections and report findings · Monitor and analyze financial performance · Review and approve Annual Audits, Tax Returns and Operating Budgets · Assist with property related litigation, loan workouts, settlements etc Requirements: The ideal candidate must have prior experience in LIHTC Portfolio/Asset Management, financial analysis skills and at least 4 years experience in Real Estate Asset Management.

The qualified candidate will develop, implement and supervise policies, procedures, and systems aimed at ensuring that properties are in full compliance with all regulatory agreements and standards. In time this person will be expected supervise and monitor a staff of compliance analysts, as well as third party consultants.
