Senior Principal Design Engineer
A leading consulting firm providing engineering, environmental and construction services to public and private clients has an immediate need for a Senior Principal Design Engineer in their Portland, Maine office.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and organization of multi-discipline engineering projects including: transportation, geotechnical, wastewater, energy and environmental design projects.
- Proven ability to complete designs on schedule and within budget.
- Project Engineering is also required for above projects. Serve as top technical advisor to team.
- Business development capabilities.
- BS or MS in Engineering
- 10+ years of related experience with 3+ years in a project leadership capacity.
- Proven technical skills and leadership style that promotes teamwork, innovation and results
- PE license REQUIRED (ME, NH, CT, MA)
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills
