Description:
A Top Design Firm in Portland, Maine is searching for a senior level electrical engineer. This highly motivated individual will be performing various electrical designs for buildings, industrial facilities, and environmental/wastewater projects. This will include power distribution systems, emergency generator interconnections, and alternative power installations. This engineer's skills will be very strong in design of controls, PI&D, power loads, UPS, process controls, motor operated valves, flow meters, telemetry, pressure and temperature transmitters, and emergency generators.
Position requirements include
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- PE
- 8 - 10 + yrs experience in electrical engineering design
- Capable of working on many projects for multiple supervisors
- Knowledge of building security systems
- Familiarity with environmental remediation processes
- Experience with instrumentation, PLCs, HMI systems, and control systems design
- LEED accreditation
