FPC Bangor is working with a busy financial institution on their search for an experienced Asset Manager.  This client has had a successful year and is preparing for a busy 1st quarter of 2010.  They are looking for somone to come on immediately to help manage their growing portfolio.

 

This position will be responsible for a portfolio of new LIHTC properties. Oversight of this portfolio will include: monitoring construction, lease up, Section 42 Compliance, operating budgets, and equity installments.  The chosen candidate will be expected to conduct site visits, prepare internal reporting, and establish relationships with 3rd party agencies, management companies and other key partners. This position will also assist in market analysis and underwriting for new acquisitions.

 

Qualifications for this position include a BA/BS degree in Finance/ Accounting or Real Estate; an advanced degree is preferred; at least 4-6 years direct LIHTC Asset Management experience, proficiency with Excel, and experience with Intregatec is a plus. 

 

The salary range for this position is $85-110K
