FPC Bangor is working with a large LIHTC Syndicator on an REO Asset Manager position. This is a home-based position in Atlanta, GA overseeing a portfolio of 3,000 units in the southeast.
This position will oversee a portfolio where the company is the general partner, the lender, and the tax credit investor. All properties are either still in construction or lease up and will require a lot of hands-on oversight. This position will be responsible for working with the property management agent and staff managing the general operations of each property through frequent site visits, financial analysis and compliance reviews.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in Property Management either at the Regional Manager or VP level. Preferably 5-7 years experience. A BS/BA degree is required, MBA would be a plus.
