Description:
FPC Bangor is working on an exciting opportunity for a large paper manufacturer in Northern New England. The Operations Manager requires strong leadership skills and is responsible for the overall management of the pulp & paper mill. Other responsibilities include:
- develop and execute a business plan for the mill
- manages a large group of employees with varied production goals and schedules
- the overall safety of the mill site
- efficient production of a consistent quality of paper
- participation in labor management meetings
- participates as a member of the Leadership Team and of the Performance Management team
