Exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. Do you enjoy creating specialized parts for the aerospace and sheet metal fabrication industries? The primary functions of this position are to develop and implement advanced technologies applications; train and mentor other engineers, tool design, technicians and interns globally in areas of technical expertise; plan, estimate and manage work and resources required to complete a program or project; and routinely report and/or present status of programs and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of 10 years experience in design and development of components, problem solving, project management, leading and mentoring other engineers
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Position Criteria:
Problem solving, program management, communication / presentation skills; demonstrated leadership skills and experience working in teams; ability to work across functional and cultural boundaries; self motivated with demonstrated track record for obtaining results
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science Degree in Engineering
10+ years in design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems
