This client has earned a reputation for manufacturing complex designs that the competition won’t even attempt.  They are a Precision Metal Manufacturing company that specializes in the Computing & Telecom sectors.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have significant business development skills and experience. He or she may have previous experience selling hardware or services.   Experience in operations; engineering; quality or procurement.   Must have a service “ solution” selling personality.

Tangible experience selling similar product related services, or custom product solutions to local OEMs is highly desirable.

•    10-15 years of proven success working as a sales manager, or sales person, in the electro-mechanical or electronic components, assemblies or service.
•    Passion for business development
•    Establish senior level relationships
•    Deliver an on-going revenue stream.
•    Manage all activity through sales force providing daily, weekly updates on your account penetration and pipeline.
•    Ability to quickly assess revenue potential of prospects.  
•    Maximize time securing new accounts and business.

•    Ability to uncover the unique needs of prospects and articulate a compelling proposition utilizing our specialties.
