Jaime's 8 years in the real estate finance industry has brought a new market to the FPC Bangor office. She has a very specialized background in affordable housing investment management, having held Asset Management positions for both Boston Capital and Eagle Point Enterprises. Both companies focused on the management of multifamily real estate portfolios utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other affordable housing programs.
Jaime's extensive background in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, and due to her in-depth knowledge and understanding of real estate finance and investment management, she has become a great asset to many leading companies in the affordable housing & commercial real estate industry.
Jaime remains true to her expertise and focuses on clients and candidates working with multi family real estate; both affordable & conventionally financed portfolios. She has worked with clients in all aspects of multifamily – property management, syndication, investment, development, & lending.
She holds a BA degree in Business & Economics from the University of Maine at Farmington. She is certified in housing compliance, holding professional accreditations from National Association of Homebuilders - Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and from Elizabeth Moreland - National Compliance Professional – Executive (NCPe). In addition to her expertise in the fields she works, she is dedicated to providing unmatchable services to her clients.
